The village chapel of St. Agatha is a lovingly maintained gem in the district of Theiningsen. There is also a beautiful wayside shrine under a few large lime trees in the immediate vicinity of the chapel.
Modern art can also be found in the village. The landmark project "Millennium Mamma" by Soest artist Richard Cox stands on the outskirts of the village and is a major attraction for cyclists traveling between the Soest Börde and the Westfalen Sea.
An inn, now run by the 3rd generation, offers home-made sausage with Westfalen ham. It has also adapted to the needs of cycle tourists with overnight accommodation. The farm café also offers a special atmosphere.
