From the cathedral, 44 steps lead up to the small but beautiful exhibition area of the museum with SAKRALER KUNST. Numerous exhibits from the more recent past of the patrocliastical monastery as well as old chasubles, liturgical exhibits, old documents and, of course, the Alexander cushion from the 12th century, line the path to the actual art-historical highlight of the cathedral museum: the WURZEL-JESSE WINDOW, which also dates from the 12th century. This is a depiction of the descent of Jesus.

Visits are possible on the 3rd Sunday of every month or by appointment via the parish office on 02921/67 10 660 or 02921/15 324 (zur Heid).
